Blend. Models Not Appearing

Hello, I am having trouble with the blender files not showing up. I am trying to design 3d Fortnite thumbnails but I cant! I can upload the files but the model is not showing up in the display window. (Yes, I have everything unhidden)

Hi,

There can be compatibility issues with the blender model importing, we suggest using fbx format instead.
