Bones and skin weight not saved properly

Hi, I am new to Clara.io and I find it very interesting. I created a character and next step is rigging it. I see the bones + skin functionality are there and working, however the status is not saved properly in the scene and I have to start from scratch every time the scene is reloaded. Any idea when this will be fixed?

Hi Jamr,

Unfortunately, Clara.io does not yet support creating skin weights, rather it only supports loading in Skin Weights from formats such as Collada and FBX and saving them to Collada and FBX.

We will be adding proper skin weight creation tools in the future though as it is on our road map.

Hi Jamr,

We are looking to add proper skinning creation support in the next couple months, but not immediately -- thus 3 to 6 months from now likely.
