@psytgm What you need to do is attach the racket null to the hand animation.That way both the hand and racket meshes are affected by the animation.
To do this you need to drag the null (yellow symbol, shown with red arrow) to be underneath the R-Hand parent (green arrow).
You will need to make some adjustments to the orientation of the racket and then they should be animated together.
