Please refer to the above scene. Can anyone explain why when you layer transparent objects over each other, if the top one uses an opacity map, the lower object gets cut out based on the dimensions of the top object?
Every object in the scene is a plane. I duplicated the object using the opacity map and rotated it to be the opposite side of the original plane. For some reason, when looking at it from one side, the issue is there, but when looking at it from the other, the issue is resolved. These planes use the same material so I am confounded.
Am I missing a setting or something? Any help is appreciated!
